FMSPRO COMMITS
Alessandro Ouzounis to Western Michigan University
FMSpro Announces Alessandro Ouzounis’ Commitment to NCAA D1 Western Michigan University
FMSpro is proud to announce that goalkeeper Alessandro Ouzounis has officially committed to NCAA Division I program Western Michigan University.
Alessandro is a highly talented and experienced goalkeeper who currently plays for FC Laval in League1 Québec. He developed his skills through the CF Montréal Academy, also gaining valuable experience with their reserve team. Known for his shot-stopping abilities, leadership, and composure on the ball, Alessandro stands at an impressive 6’3″ and has the complete profile of a modern goalkeeper.
After receiving interest from several top programs, Alessandro chose Western Michigan as the best fit for both his academic and athletic goals. The Broncos have a strong track record of success, with their last two starting goalkeepers being drafted into Major League Soccer (MLS).
Head Coach Chad Wiseman expressed confidence in Alessandro’s ability to make an immediate impact, stating that the team needed a goalkeeper ready to step in and play right away. With Western Michigan finishing last season ranked in the Top 25 nationally, expectations are high, and Alessandro is poised to help the program continue its upward trajectory.
Congratulations to Alessandro on this exciting new chapter—we wish him all the best at Western Michigan University!
