It all started in May 2022. I always had this idea of bringing together top talent and giving opportunities on many different levels.

My name is Noah Eisenberg. I am young ambitious passionate and focused on the company I have created. FINDME (FMS PRO) consists of 3 categories. The showcases, private training and placing players.

Montreal is a city with tons of talent, but very limited opportunities. That was when I knew I needed to do something. For the past 4 years, I was playing professionally in Europe. I was networking and making contacts all over the world. I can promise that whoever comes to our showcases won’t be disappointed. I took everything I didn’t like from other showcases and put it together. The showcases are an opportunity to get in front of tons of college or professional coaches and show them our talent. Each individual player will be seen and their strengths will be recognized. The idea of a “showcase” is very good. The problem is that many are a business before an event. At FMS Pro, my whole mission is to show the quality we provide from the organization to the opportunities and exposure.

On the coaching side, I have some of the best private coaches on my team. Some are former professionals; some are current professionals and some play in university. We offer individual and group training to help players to reach their objectives. We offer top-quality training while pushing players to be the best they can be.

The newest part of FINDME is the agent side of things. We have certified agents and lawyers we work with to help players achieve their goals. We are very transparent about a player’s level, but we believe there is a team and fit for every player. It’s just about finding the right fit. Some of our biggest markets is the college and prep school placement. We already successfully placed many players. We also have signed players in Europe who are currently playing abroad in the professional game. Once again, it’s about learning about a player’s goals, and seeing how we can help them achieve it.
