FMSPRO COMMITS
Carter Jackson to Lander University
FMSpro is proud to announce the commitment of Carter Jackson to Lander University.
Carter is an elite, athletic, and powerful outside back currently competing for Northwood School. During his time at Northwood, Carter has played an instrumental role in the team’s success, consistently providing an attacking threat from the defensive line. Known for his ability to overlap and create scoring opportunities, he is a fearless competitor who thrives in 1-on-1 situations, using his exceptional speed to bypass defenders on the flanks.
While Carter drew significant interest from several programs across the country, he chose to commit to Lander University. The Bearcats compete in the Peach Belt Conference, widely regarded as one of the premier conferences in the nation with a proven track record of developing professional-level talent. Carter’s arrival is expected to bolster the roster as Lander continues to compete for conference championships and national recognition.
Off the field, Carter is a dedicated student-athlete who maintains a strong GPA in the classroom.
Lander head coach Paul Leese, a highly accomplished leader in the collegiate game, is thrilled to welcome Carter to the program. Coach Leese is currently building an ambitious new project at Lander, and Carter’s tactical versatility and athleticism make him a perfect fit. After years of competing in the North, Carter is ready to take his talents south—leaving the snow behind for the competitive landscape of South Carolina.
Big congratulations, Carter! We wish you the very best of luck in this exciting next chapter.
