FMSPRO COMMITS
Razik Walji to Queens University of Charlotte
FMSpro is proud to announce the commitment of Razik Walji to NCAA Division I Queens University of Charlotte.
Razik is a technical and strong outside back who currently plays for Vancouver FC’s U20 team. He has an impressive background, having developed within the Vancouver Whitecaps system before making the move to Vancouver FC, where he has played an important role in the team’s success.
Razik is technically gifted, composed on the ball, and possesses a very high soccer IQ. He is not afraid to get forward and take players on, making him a dangerous attacking threat in the final third. Throughout his time with Vancouver FC, Razik has contributed with several important goals and assists to help his team achieve key victories.
While several schools showed strong interest in Razik, he chose Queens University of Charlotte because it was the best fit both academically and athletically. The head coach at Queens is Oliver Carias, who is excited about the addition of Razik to the program. Queens is coming off a strong season and was one of the few teams to defeat powerhouse Clemson University.
Razik joins the program at an exciting time, with the team optimistic about its incoming class and future success. He will look to play an important role in helping Queens compete for an ASUN Conference championship.
Off the field, Razik is also a strong student academically. Queens University of Charlotte offers an excellent business program, and its proximity to the city of Charlotte will provide Razik with outstanding internship and professional development opportunities.
Congratulations, Razik! We wish you all the best in this exciting next chapter of your journey.
