FMSPRO is proud to announce the commitment of Emma Baker to NCAA Division I Washington State University.

Emma is an athletic, strong, and technical centre attacking midfielder who currently plays for Calgary Blizzard. Known for her physicality and ability to cover ground, Emma has played an instrumental role in the success of Calgary Blizzard’s team, including playing a big part in the team qualifying for Nationals.

Emma has a very strong college profile, hence receiving interest from many programs. While Emma had several options, she committed to Washington State, which is projected to be one of the top up-and-coming programs.

The head coach is Chris Citowicki, who comes from the University of Montana, where he had a ton of success, winning several Big Sky Championships.

Washington State liked Emma but finalized her commitment after watching her at the recent FMSPRO Summer Find Me Showcase event.

Washington State is known for its incredible facilities and support for its athletic programs. The Cougars compete in the very competitive new Pac-12, one of the premier conferences in collegiate athletics. Emma will have an opportunity to showcase her abilities and compete against some of the top teams in the country.
