FMSPRO COMMITS
Anne-Sophie Desaulniers to California State Polytechnic University Pomona

FMSpro is thrilled to announce that Anne-Sophie Desaulniers has committed to California State Polytechnic University Pomona. A highly athletic goalkeeper, Anne-Sophie currently plays for CS St. Laurent. Born in 2006, she has consistently performed at a high level, playing for some of the top teams in Quebec. Known for her exceptional shot-stopping ability and athleticism, Anne-Sophie makes saves in areas where many would not expect her to reach.
In addition to her goalkeeping skills, Anne-Sophie is excellent with her feet and distribution, helping defenders feel comfortable when playing out from the back. She developed under Rino Angellilo at Clean Sheet International. Beyond her athletic talent, Anne-Sophie is an outstanding student with an impressive 4.0 GPA.
California State Polytechnic University Pomona, coming off a national championship win, is thrilled to add Anne-Sophie to their roster. Head coach Jay Mason, who is also Canadian, is excited about Anne-Sophie’s potential. He shared, “We need a goalkeeper who can come in and compete immediately, and I believe Anne-Sophie can.” We hope Anne-Sophie will play a key role in helping California State Polytechnic repeat their national championship success.
Big congratulations to Anne-Sophie, and we wish her all the best in this exciting new chapter of her career!
