Sofia Mammoliti to NCAA D1 Illinois State University

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Sofia Mammoliti to NCAA D1 Illinois State University. Sofia is an extremely feisty and strong fullback/wingback who currently plays for New York Flash in the ECNL. She is known for her 1v1 duels and consistent play in the backline. Sofia is technically very sound and does an excellent job of getting forward and creating chances in the attacking third. Last season, Sofia played for the talented Hamilton United, where her team ranked among the best in Canada. She played a significant role in their backline and was instrumental in their success. At the 2023 Findmeshowcase, Sofia won the Jason DiTullio La Grinta award, recognizing her as the hardest worker among hundreds of players at the camp. Her work ethic and dedication were not by chance. The head coach of Illinois State, Raleigh DeRose, is very excited about Sofia and believes she will be a fantastic addition to the team.

FMSpro is thrilled to announce the signing of John Malick St Phard to The Governor’s Academy. John Malick is a highly skilled striker/winger currently playing for the talented CS St. Laurent U17 team. He is known for his explosive and dynamic attacking abilities, contributing significantly to both scoring and creating opportunities.

St. Laurent reached the semi-finals at the Dallas Cup, attracting significant interest from numerous colleges for John Malick. He joins The Governor’s Academy to compete in the fiercely competitive ISL. Despite the team’s youth, John Malick is expected to assume a leadership role and make an immediate impact.

The head coach of The Governor’s Academy, Michael Karin, is enthusiastic about John Malick’s addition, confident in his ability to score goals.

Elite Center Back Jamie Doust Joins Eastern Michigan Soccer

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Jamie Doust to NCAA D1 Eastern Michigan. Jamie, a talented center back from Burnaby FC, served as captain and leader of the backline. Standing at 5ft 9in, she is physically strong with excellent vision. Jamie is technically sound, excelling in distributing the ball to forwards and wingers during counterattacks. Beyond her skills on the field, Jamie maintains a solid GPA in the classroom. She previously competed with Team British Columbia and received multiple offers before choosing Eastern Michigan, which she felt was the perfect fit. Head coach Taylor Clarke, optimistic about revitalizing the program, describes Eastern Michigan as a “sleeping giant” after a successful season including a victory over the University of Michigan. Coach Clarke eagerly anticipates Jamie’s contribution, believing she will significantly enhance the team.

Malik Trepanier is one of the top 2008 goalkeepers in the league. Currently, Malik plays for CS St. Laurent in the PLSJQ. This talented goalkeeper, born in 2008, excels in both his footwork and shot-stopping abilities, playing a pivotal role in his team’s success and defense. Malik has honed his skills at Cleansheet International under Rino Angellilo, who praises Malik’s potential. Recently, Malik traveled to Belgium for training with professional academies. In addition to his impressive resume, Malik has represented Team Quebec.

Darlington School boasts a robust year-round soccer program, competing against top-tier competition nationwide, including national teams. Head of the soccer program, Chad Little, enthusiastically welcomes Malik’s addition. With their current starting goalkeeper playing for the Trinidad and Tobago national team, Darlington School sought someone capable of competing at that level, and they believe Malik has the potential to reach those heights.

She was honored as the Cardinal Conference Player of the Year in high school and also won the Golden Boot. Head Coach Nate Lie expresses great enthusiasm about Reese joining the team, eagerly anticipating her goal-scoring prowess for the Jayhawks. Kansas competes in the fiercely competitive Big 12 conference, providing Reese with the opportunity to face some of the nation’s top competition.

Leonard Colinet to St. Paul’s School

Leonard Colinet to St. Paul's School

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Leonard Colinet to St. Paul’s School. The 2008-born Canadian American goalkeeper is one of the most talented goalkeepers in Quebec. Leonard currently plays for CS Longueuil, where he plays an instrumental role on the 2008 team as well as playing with the 2007 boys and even 2005 boys.

Leonard won the golden glove for top goalkeeper in the league last season, owing to his pivotal role in securing the team’s victory in the Quebec Cup and earning the Silver Medal at the 2023 Canadian Championships.

On top of being a very talented goalkeeper, Leonard is an extremely strong student with an impressive 4.0 GPA. St. Paul’s is one of the most competitive schools in the world with only a 5% acceptance rate.

Leo’s skills and performance as a goalkeeper have caught the eyes of NCAA programs from our Showcase back in February.

Leonard has been developing and honing his skills at Cleansheet International under Rino Angelillo. The head coach at St. Paul’s is Daniel Toulson. Coach Toulson is very excited about the addition of Leonard and feels he will not only make an immediate impact on the field but will also help lead the team.

The Pelicans play a very tough schedule where Leonard will get a lot of action and hopefully help the program take a stride to another level.
