FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Akeelah Mirza to NCAA D1 Fordham University. Akeelah, a highly athletic winger/forward, is renowned for her pace and adeptness at taking on players, creating chances in the attacking third, and particularly excelling in counterattacks. Fordham discovered Akeelah during our recent showcase in February. The 2007-born forward boasts tremendous potential. Magnus Nilerud, the head coach at Fordham University, attended our event in search of a goal-scorer and is delighted to have found Akeelah, whom he believes will be the missing piece in their attacking lineup. Fordham competes in the fiercely competitive Atlantic 10 conference, providing Akeelah with opportunities to face top-tier competition.
