FMSPRO COMMITS
Alexis Michaud to Western Illinois
FMSpro is pleased to announce the signing of Alexis Michaud with NCAAD1 Western Illinois. Alexis is a highly skilled goalkeeper who previously played at Cegep Trois Rivieres. The goalkeeper, born in 2005, showcased his talent with St. Hubert semi-pro and played for the U17 Brossard team. Alexis is known for his exceptional shot-stopping abilities and effective command of the box. His distribution skills add another dimension to his game, making him a promising prospect for the next level.
Numerous coaches expressed significant interest in Alexis, but after careful consideration, he found that the offer from Western Illinois made the most sense for him. Dr. Eric Johnson, the head coach at Western Illinois, is enthusiastic about Alexis joining the team and believes he will be a competitive force from the outset. Alexis follows the success of fellow Montrealer Xavier Gagnon, who signed with the team last year and had an outstanding freshman season.
Congratulations to Alexis, and we wish him all the best in his endeavors!
