FMSPRO COMMITS

Victoria Abbattista to Quinnipiac University

FMSpro is proud to announce the commitment of standout centre back Victoria Abbattista to NCAA Division I Quinnipiac University. The Vaughan and Team Ontario defender brings physicality, athleticism, aerial ability, and strong 1v1 defending to the Bobcats

FMSpro is proud to announce the commitment of Victoria Abbattista to NCAA D1 Quinnipiac University.

Victoria is one of the top standout centre backs in the OPDL, currently playing for Vaughan as well as representing Team Ontario at the provincial games. Victoria is physical and known as a brick in the back line. While it’s very tough to beat Victoria 1v1, she isn’t afraid to win aerial battles or use her body to push players off the ball.

Victoria is athletic and covers a lot of ground, making her profile very attractive to many college coaches. While Victoria had interest from several schools, she commits to Quinnipiac, which was the best fit both academically and athletically.

The head coach at Quinnipiac is Dave Clarke, along with Associate Head Coach Dan Fabian. Quinnipiac has had a great history of Canadian players. Quinnipiac competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, where they are constantly looking to compete for a conference championship and qualify for the NCAA Tournament.

Hopefully, Victoria can help strengthen the back line and elevate the program even more to compete for a championship. Off the field, Victoria works hard in the classroom and maintains a solid GPA.

Big congratulations, Victoria, and wishing you all the best!
