In 2024, Charlie began his college career at Central Arkansas. After his freshman season, Charlie made a tough decision: bet on himself and enter the transfer portal.

That decision led him to Southern Methodist University, where he continued to grow, compete, and elevate his game. After completing his sophomore season, Charlie’s hard work paid off in the biggest way—drafted in the 2026 MLS Draft by Nashville SC ⭐️
