FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Édouard Laberge by Northwood School. Édouard is a highly talented goalkeeper currently playing for AS Blainville U16. Known for his exceptional shot-stopping ability and athletic prowess, Édouard is recognized as one of the hardest workers both on and off the field, maintaining a professional mentality at all times. His team currently leads the league standings.
Northwood offers a year-round program, competing against some of the top teams in the country. Édouard joins Vincent Montreuil from AS Blainville. Head coach John Moodey, renowned for developing talents like Jack Harrison, who now plays for Everton in the English Premier League, leads Northwood. The team aims to contend for a championship and has high hopes for Édouard to play a significant role.

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Sofia Mammoliti to NCAA D1 Illinois State University. Sofia is an extremely feisty and strong fullback/wingback who currently plays for New York Flash in the ECNL. She is known for her 1v1 duels and consistent play in the backline. Sofia is technically very sound and does an excellent job of getting forward and creating chances in the attacking third. Last season, Sofia played for the talented Hamilton United, where her team ranked among the best in Canada. She played a significant role in their backline and was instrumental in their success. At the 2023 Findmeshowcase, Sofia won the Jason DiTullio La Grinta award, recognizing her as the hardest worker among hundreds of players at the camp. Her work ethic and dedication were not by chance. The head coach of Illinois State, Raleigh DeRose, is very excited about Sofia and believes she will be a fantastic addition to the team.

Mercedes excels as a talented midfielder known for her physicality and ability to dominate possession. She currently plays a pivotal role for Rush and previously honed her skills with the esteemed Hamilton United team. Mercedes isn’t only accomplished in soccer but also garnered interest at the Division 1 level in ice hockey, highlighting her versatility as an athlete. Off the field, Mercedes maintains a stellar 4.0 GPA.

FMSpro is thrilled to announce the signing of John Malick St Phard to The Governor’s Academy. John Malick is a highly skilled striker/winger currently playing for the talented CS St. Laurent U17 team. He is known for his explosive and dynamic attacking abilities, contributing significantly to both scoring and creating opportunities.
St. Laurent reached the semi-finals at the Dallas Cup, attracting significant interest from numerous colleges for John Malick. He joins The Governor’s Academy to compete in the fiercely competitive ISL. Despite the team’s youth, John Malick is expected to assume a leadership role and make an immediate impact.
The head coach of The Governor’s Academy, Michael Karin, is enthusiastic about John Malick’s addition, confident in his ability to score goals.

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Jamie Doust to NCAA D1 Eastern Michigan. Jamie, a talented center back from Burnaby FC, served as captain and leader of the backline. Standing at 5ft 9in, she is physically strong with excellent vision. Jamie is technically sound, excelling in distributing the ball to forwards and wingers during counterattacks. Beyond her skills on the field, Jamie maintains a solid GPA in the classroom. She previously competed with Team British Columbia and received multiple offers before choosing Eastern Michigan, which she felt was the perfect fit. Head coach Taylor Clarke, optimistic about revitalizing the program, describes Eastern Michigan as a “sleeping giant” after a successful season including a victory over the University of Michigan. Coach Clarke eagerly anticipates Jamie’s contribution, believing she will significantly enhance the team.

FMSpro Signs Rex-Emmanuel Cobbina to NCAA D1 American University. Rex-Emmanuel is a highly athletic and strong defender currently playing for Toronto FC U19. Known for his speed and defensive prowess, he excels as both a center back and wingback, making significant contributions going forward.
American University sought a player who could immediately compete, and Rex was identified as the perfect fit. Competing in the Patriot League alongside top academic institutions, American University is led by head coach Zachary Samol, who is thrilled about Rex’s potential and what he brings to the team.

What an exhilarating start to Day 3 of the Boys Showcase! With 280 talented athletes ready to shine and compete in front of 55 esteemed coaches and scouts from top-tier levels, including preparatory schools, NCAA, NJCAA, USL, CPL, and MLS, the energy was palpable. The outstanding sunny and warm weather only amplified the vibrant and thrilling atmosphere, setting the perfect stage for an unforgettable day.
The morning kicked off with a spectacular opening ceremony, setting a celebratory tone for the day ahead. Athletes then participated in dynamic drill sessions led by the coaches, showcasing their skills and determination. The excitement continued with a series of intense, high-level competitive games that kept everyone on the edge of their seats.
A huge congratulations to all the Player-of-the-Match winners, who displayed exceptional talent and sportsmanship in their respective games, your hard work and dedication truly shone through.
As the day progressed, it culminated in the much-anticipated college fair. Here, coaches and scouts had the opportunity to meet with athletes directly, discussing future opportunities and pathways

After an exhilarating first day, the girls returned for Day 2, which proved to be just as fun-filled and exciting. The day was action-packed with high-level competitive 11×11 games throughout.
With over 20 games played across the two days, these rising stars had their chance to shine before prestigious organizations. We witnessed countless opportunities unfolding directly on the pitch between coaches and athletes, as well as many more promising interactions that are sure to develop post-event.

Over 150 talented girl soccer players registered to the 2024 FindMe Showcase!
We’re excited to announce the launch of our 2024 FindME Showcase! The event is off to a sunny start, with over 150 talented girls participating and more than 40 coaches in attendance. This magnificent first day, made possible with the help of the very organized team at St-Jean-Vianney, is just the beginning of an exciting journey for these young athletes.
The day kicked off with an intense drill session in the morning, followed by 10 full games that showcased the incredible talent of the participants. The 40+ coaches and scouts were very impressed with the level of play the girls brought to the pitch. The girls outdid themselves, playing with prowess and clearly enjoying themselves while being very competitive—a perfect mix.

Girls FindME 2024 College Fair!
On this first day, the girls attended the highly coveted College Fair, where they had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with their choice of schools (preparatory, colleges, universities). It was a perfect turnout with a lot of potential commitments to come!
As we wrap up this thrilling first day, the excitement continues to build for tomorrow. With more drills, games, and opportunities to impress the coaches, we can’t wait to see what the second day has in store. Malik Trepanier is one of the top 2008 goalkeepers in the league. Currently, Malik plays for CS St. Laurent in the PLSJQ. This talented goalkeeper, born in 2008, excels in both his footwork and shot-stopping abilities, playing a pivotal role in his team’s success and defense. Malik has honed his skills at Cleansheet International under Rino Angellilo, who praises Malik’s potential. Recently, Malik traveled to Belgium for training with professional academies. In addition to his impressive resume, Malik has represented Team Quebec.
Darlington School boasts a robust year-round soccer program, competing against top-tier competition nationwide, including national teams. Head of the soccer program, Chad Little, enthusiastically welcomes Malik’s addition. With their current starting goalkeeper playing for the Trinidad and Tobago national team, Darlington School sought someone capable of competing at that level, and they believe Malik has the potential to reach those heights.
