FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Christopher Jean Léger to NCAA Division 1 Oakland University. Christopher Jean Léger is a very athletic, fast, and explosive striker/winger who played for Ahuntsic College as well as in the St. Hubert League 1.

A product of the CF Montréal Academy, Christopher captained the U17 team in 2021 while also playing for the reserves.

Christopher Jean Léger has a nose for goal and loves to take on players. His CV is quite impressive and he is a defender’s nightmare in the attacking third. Christopher has great ability to get into the box and create chances, as well as score goals. While several programs showed interest in Christopher, Oakland University proved to be the best fit.

The head coach at Oakland University is Paul Doroh. Coach Doroh has been very successful after finishing his first year as the head coach. He needed an attacking player to come in and make an immediate impact on his team. He feels Christopher will be the perfect fit.

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Lukas Pareja to NCAA Division I Florida International University. Lukas is an extremely talented attacking midfielder/winger who previously played for North Mississauga and recently for York United FC in the Canadian Premier League.

Known for his exceptional dribbling skills and ability to create scoring opportunities, Lukas excels at taking on defenders and finding space in the attacking third. His North Mississauga team enjoyed a period of significant success, achieving a top ranking in Canada. At our 2024 Winter Showcase, Lukas impressed scouts, leading to a contract with Cavalry FC. He subsequently signed a development contract with York United FC for the remainder of the season, gaining valuable professional experience.

This valuable experience with professional clubs has prepared Lukas well for the challenges of NCAA Division I soccer.

Florida International University, coached by Kyle Russel, is known for its challenging schedule, competing against some of the best teams in the country. Coach Russel expressed his excitement about adding Lukas to the roster, stating, “We typically do not sign true freshmen, but Lukas is an exceptional talent who warrants this exception.”

Florida International is the only Division I men’s soccer program in Miami, offering Lukas the opportunity to pursue his athletic and academic goals in a warm and vibrant environment.

Hyde School is coming off a successful season, having recently won the NEPSAC Class D championship. While the program will be graduating several key players, they are actively seeking to replenish their talent pool.

Matisse is a 6’4″, highly athletic, and fast central defender. With experience playing for McGill and Green Bay, he has proven himself to be a dominant force at the next level. Matisse is skilled with both feet and is capable of delivering exceptional crosses. Several professional clubs have already expressed interest in him and will be closely monitoring his progress.

In addition to his athletic ability, Matisse is also an excellent student, performing well in the classroom. The University of San Francisco recently lost their star center-back, who was drafted 5th overall in the 2024 MLS Draft. The coaching staff believes Matisse is the perfect fit to fill that void and will make an immediate impact on the team’s backline.
