Kate Gleeson to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE)

Kate Gleeson, NCAA Division 1 commit to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville

FMSpro is excited to announce that Kate Gleeson has committed to NCAA Division 1 Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). A fast and strong defender, Kate is capable of playing both outside back and center back. She is extremely reliable and consistent, rarely beaten, and possesses strong tackling ability. Born in 2008, Kate has played an instrumental role in the success of her club team, Pickering, which is ranked among the top teams in the country for their age category.

While several programs showed interest, Kate determined that Southern Illinois University Edwardsville was the best fit. SIUE’s head coach, Derek Burton, was impressed with Kate’s playing style and believes she will not only make an immediate impact but also provide valuable versatility at the next level.

In addition to her on-field talent, Kate maintains a strong GPA. The future is very bright for Kate, and we’re excited to see all that she will accomplish.

Domenic Vito Novielli to Salt Lake Community College

Domenic Vito Novielli, Salt Lake Community College commit

FMSpro is excited to announce the commitment of Domenic Vito Novielli to Salt Lake Community College. A strong and physical center back, Domenic currently plays for North Mississauga Soccer Club. Born in 2007, he is extremely dominant in the back line. North Mississauga was one of the top 2007 teams in Canada, and Domenic played an instrumental role in their defense.

Not only does Domenic excel at distributing passes, but he also tackles hard and is consistently an important leader on the team. His coach, Shawn Faria, praised Domenic for the way he commanded the back line, describing him as a true leader throughout the entire season.

Salt Lake Community College is one of the top programs in the nation, consistently competing for national championships. Head coach Mark Davis is thrilled about Domenic’s addition to the team. Coach Davis noted, “We need a center back to come in and play immediately, and I feel Domenic can definitely do the job.”

We are confident that Domenic will help Salt Lake continue to compete for a championship. Congratulations, Domenic, and we wish you all the best in this exciting new chapter of your career!

Mikaela Carpino to University of West Alabama

Mikaela Carpino, University of West Alabama commit

FMSpro is excited to announce the commitment of Mikaela Carpino to the University of West Alabama. A very physical and technical central midfielder who can also play in the backline, Mikaela currently plays for Milton. Born in 2007, she excels at winning physical battles and breaking lines. With fantastic vision and the ability to circulate the ball effectively, Mikaela’s versatility makes her a highly attractive prospect for many college coaches.

The University of West Alabama was looking for a central midfielder to make an immediate impact, and they believe Mikaela is the perfect fit. Mikaela will join West Alabama alongside her friend and former teammate, Jade Arruda, who signed earlier this month. The duo, having played together before, will bring their Canadian talent to the South.

West Alabama competes in one of the toughest conferences in the country, and head coach Sam Wilson is very excited about Mikaela’s addition. He believes she will make an immediate impact on the team.

In addition to her athletic ability, Mikaela is also an excellent student, maintaining a strong GPA in the classroom.

Mariah Platts to Radford University

Mariah Platts, NCAA Division I commit to Radford University

FMSpro is excited to announce the commitment of Mariah Platts to NCAA Division I Radford University. A highly technical and talented player, Mariah currently plays for Pickering FC. She is known for her exceptional ability to control the game with her technical skills and deliver precise balls into the box, setting her apart from many other players.

In addition to her technical prowess, Mariah is a strong goal scorer who excels at getting into the box. Versatile in her play, she can operate as a number 10 or winger, where she can take on players and create scoring opportunities in the box.

Radford Assistant Coach Fox observed Mariah at our recent event and believes she has enormous potential with a ceiling that is truly impressive. Radford competes in the highly competitive Big South Conference, and Mariah is ready to help the team compete for a championship.

The future is incredibly bright for Mariah, and we wish her all the best as she begins this exciting new chapter of her career!

FMSpro is thrilled to announce the commitment of Marika Crégheur to NCAA Division 1 Georgia State University. A highly talented central midfielder, Marika currently plays for CF Montreal. Known for her technical ability and excellent movement on the field, she has fantastic vision and is always in the right areas to find pockets of space. Marika is also incredibly creative, excelling at getting into the box, setting up goals, and playing an instrumental role in her team’s attacking third.

Marika, one of the most talented soccer players, was determined to choose a program that values playing with the ball at their feet. Head coach Edward Joyce at Georgia State is ecstatic about Marika’s addition. He believes she will not only make an immediate impact on the field but will also become a future leader in the program and thrive at the next level. Georgia State competes in a highly competitive conference, facing some of the top teams in the nation.

Danica Banham to Temple University

Danica Banham, NCAA Division 1 commit to Temple University

FMSpro is excited to announce that Danica Banham has committed to NCAA Division 1 Temple University. A powerful and physical forward/winger, Danica currently plays for CS St. Laurent in League 1. Known for her keen eye for goal, she scores in crucial moments and excels at making runs into the box, getting behind defenders to create scoring opportunities.

Head coach Chris Shaw of Temple University, whose team competes in a highly competitive conference, shared, “We need a goalscorer with an innate ability that can’t be taught. Danica perfectly fits the profile we’re looking for.” Despite significant interest from other schools, Danica determined that Temple was the best fit. Coach Shaw was particularly impressed with her fearlessness in scoring with her head and her aggressive play in the box.

FMSpro is excited to announce that Randall Jacques has committed to Western Nebraska. A very explosive and fast winger, Randall most recently played for Lakeshore and Valencia Academy. Born in 2007, he is dynamic and quick, excelling at taking on players in 1v1 situations and creating opportunities in the attacking third. In addition to his prolific attacking skills, Randall possesses a strong work ethic and diligently tracks back to contribute defensively. He played a crucial role in Lakeshore’s championship run this past season.

Off the field, Randall is a dedicated student who has consistently performed well academically. Head coach Eseah Ingram at Western Nebraska is thrilled about Randall’s addition. Coach Ingram believes Randall has the potential to score many goals and help the program achieve a championship. Randall has already garnered interest from several NCAA Division 1 programs, which speaks to his bright future ahead.

The whole team at FMSpro is extremely proud of the success of our recent Ontario showcases. These events were a testament to our dedication to providing talented athletes with the platform to showcase their skills while connecting them to valuable opportunities in both sports and education across North America. From start to finish, the showcases in Hamilton and Milton proved to be outstanding displays of athleticism, determination, and the bright futures that lie ahead for these athletes. Whether on the field or off, FMSpro continues to open doors to new possibilities, helping athletes not only hone their craft but also take the next steps toward academic and athletic success.

Girls’ Showcase in Hamilton

February 19-21, 2025

From February 19-21, the Girls’ Showcase in Hamilton featured over 200 talented athletes, competing before more than 40 coaches from prestigious US and Canadian colleges. Set in the state-of-the-art Hamilton facilities, the showcase provided the perfect platform for these athletes to display their skills and potential, leaving coaches impressed and excited about the future prospects. A huge shout-out to Hamilton United for hosting such a fantastic event and providing an exceptional venue for our athletes to shine!

Boys’ Showcase in Milton

February 28 to March 2, 2025

A week later, from February 28 to March 2, the Boys’ Showcase in Milton took place at the Milton Magic facilities. With over 200 athletes showcasing their abilities before 40+ coaches from top programs including USL, MLS, and NCAA, the event once again demonstrated the level of talent FMSpro consistently attracts. The athletes had excellent opportunities to showcase their skills and continue pursuing their dreams. A big thank you to Milton Magic for hosting and supporting our showcase!

We’re thrilled with the success of our first showcases in Ontario, where we connected talented athletes with respected coaches from top programs. These events not only highlighted the athletes’ skills but also emphasized the importance of bridging sports and education. Moving forward, we remain committed to offering athletes the opportunities and support they need to excel, both athletically and academically.

FMSpro is excited to announce the commitment of Naiya Johnston to NCAA Division I Niagara University. A fast and athletic winger, Naiya currently plays for North Mississauga. Born in 2008, she is known for her speed and explosiveness. Naiya excels at beating players down the flanks and loves taking them on in one-on-one situations, making her extremely dangerous in the attacking third. She consistently creates opportunities in the box and has been a key contributor to North Mississauga’s success.

Naiya’s speed and ability to get forward pose major challenges for opposing teams, which makes her a highly attractive prospect for many college programs. Despite receiving interest from several schools, Naiya wanted to play and study closer to home, and Niagara University was the perfect fit, both academically and athletically.

Head coach Donald George is thrilled about Naiya’s addition to the team. He believes she has immense potential and is excited to help her continue developing. Niagara competes in the competitive MAAC conference, where Coach George is focused on improving the team and returning them to the top.

FMSpro is excited to announce the commitment of Jade Arruda to the University of West Alabama. A highly physical and athletic central defender, Jade currently plays for AIFC. Born in 2007, she has experience playing with Team Ontario and is known for her powerful tackling and excellent aerial duels. Her one-on-one defending is consistently strong, and she has been a key player in her team’s back line.

After receiving interest from several schools, Jade determined that West Alabama was the perfect fit. Head coach Sam Wilson shared, “I need a central defender who can come in and start immediately. I’m excited for Jade and feel she can make an immediate impact.”

The University of West Alabama competes in the Gulf South Conference, one of the top conferences in the country.
