Born in 2006, Jonathan excels as a box-to-box midfielder, showcasing remarkable vision and technique. Not only does he navigate the pitch with ease, finding strategic positions, but he also stands out academically with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Jonathan plans to major in physical therapy, one of Daemen’s premier programs. Head coach Bediako Swan praised Jonathan’s technical skills and anticipates he will significantly enhance the team’s dynamic.

FMSpro proudly announces the signing of Gianluca Simonelli by Deerfield Academy. Gianluca, a talented goalkeeper currently playing for AS Brossard in the PLSJQ, joins after his tenure with the successful Lasalle Rapids. Recognized for his pivotal role in their recent successes, Gianluca’s proficiency in shot-stopping and athleticism marks him as a dynamic player with immense potential. Additionally, his adeptness with his feet, excellent distribution, and reflexes further underline his capabilities.

Gianluca’s development under Rino Angellilo at Cleansheet International has been crucial in shaping his skills, emphasizing repetition at a high intensity. Head Coach Casey Vollinger expresses great enthusiasm for Gianluca’s addition, particularly as Deerfield Academy seeks to fill the void left by their departing star goalkeeper. Following their recent standout season, where they narrowly missed the playoffs by a single point, Deerfield faces one of the most challenging schedules in New England.

Gianluca’s academic prowess has earned him acceptance to the highly competitive Deerfield Academy, boasting a mere 3% acceptance rate.

Renowned for her shot-stopping abilities and adept ball distribution, Justine caught Brewster’s attention at a showcase in February. Under the mentorship of Rino Angellilo at Clean Sheet Academy, she continues to develop her skills. Joining the ranks of Brewster’s talented team, Justine aims for championship success under the guidance of head coach Matt Butcher.

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Izaiah Williams at The Governor’s Academy. Izaiah is a talented winger/attacking wingback. The 2008-born player does a great job getting forward and taking players on 1v1. Izaiah loves to get in the box, cutting in on his lethal left foot. Izaiah was recruited at our most recent event in February, where head coach Michael Karin had a chance to see Izaiah live. The Governor’s Academy competes in the highly competitive ISL, where Izaiah will face many familiar opponents. Coach Karin is very excited about the addition of Izaiah and loves the fact that he’s versatile and can play anywhere on the field.

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Nicolas Engalicev at Proctor Academy. The versatile defender is dynamic and physical and can play anywhere in the backline. Nico had several offers from prep schools, but Proctor Academy was the best fit. Coach Ian Hamlet fell in love with Nico’s ability to secure the backline and lead immediately. Nico played an instrumental part in the success of his MRO team, going all the way to the finals of the Quebec Cup and losing in a close overtime game. Proctor Academy plays in the competitive Lake of Regions conference where Nico will be able to show off his skills and compete at a very high level. Proctor has a history of their soccer program and is hoping the addition of Nico can help them win a championship. They will face Kimball Union and Vermont Academy, who both won their classes.

Coach Fitzsimmons is enthusiastic about Mattias joining the team, identifying him as the key player needed to transform the midfield. Chosen among multiple interested schools, Kent presents the ideal environment for Mattias to further his development.

Head Coach Rebecca Parente anticipates Melina will make a significant and immediate impact, enhancing the team’s competitive edge and contributing to its success. She clinched the golden glove in Cegep RSEQ last year and played a crucial role in Granby’s success in the Quebec cup finals. With a perfect 4.0 GPA, Claudia demonstrates excellence both on and off the field. Joining Temple University, she continues her journey to medical school while competing at the highest level of soccer. Head Coach Chris Shaw, renowned for his successful tenure at Robert Morris, eagerly welcomes Claudia as the starting goalkeeper.

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Sofia Lombardo Varisco at Taft School. Sofia is a very talented central midfielder who plays for the talented 2007 As Laval. The midfielder is extremely technical and physical. Sofia has fantastic vision and is a dangerous threat in the attacking third. She has a fantastic shot and has scored very important goals for AS Laval. This year AS Laval is one of the favorite teams to qualify for a Canadian Championship. Sofia comes to Taft after having interest from several schools. Taft seemed like the best fit. The head coach, Rebecca Parente, is super excited about the addition of Sofia and believes she will be an amazing leader and control her midfield. On top of being a talented player, Sofia is a very strong student in the classroom. Sofia has already garnered interest from a few D1 programs, and they will surely continue to follow her and see her progress at Taft School.
