FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of David Germain to NCAA Division I University of Central Arkansas.

David is a talented left-footed center-back who currently plays with Hoosac School and AS Blainville. Coaches highly value his athleticism and his left-footed advantage on the pitch. David covers a significant amount of ground and is an excellent 1-v-1 defender.

During his time at Hoosac School, David has played an instrumental role in the backline, contributing significantly to Hoosac’s competitive drive for a championship. Beyond his crucial defensive contributions, David has maintained a strong GPA, positioning him well for recruitment by numerous colleges.

University of Central Arkansas Head Coach Kyle Segebart was particularly impressed by David’s athleticism and believes he has a very high ceiling for growth. Central Arkansas is looking to compete for a championship after reaching the ASUN finals in their recent season. The 2026 recruiting class is a critical one, and Coach Segebart is excited to officially add David as a key part of it.

Despite receiving interest from several other schools, David ultimately chose Central Arkansas because it perfectly aligned with his academic and athletic aspirations. Adding to the comfort of this transition, David will also join two other Montreal players already committed to the 2026 class, which will undoubtedly make his next chapter even more seamless.

Amanda Minatel commits to Florida International University soccer

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Amanda Minatel to NCAA Division I Florida International University (FIU).

Amanda, a highly technical and talented 2009 midfielder, currently plays with Vaughn in the OPDL. She will soon be heading to Northfield Mount Hermon School to compete in the ECNL for FC Stars. Known for her excellent vision and ability to cover a lot of ground, Amanda consistently breaks defensive lines, a quality that attracted numerous college programs.

Her college search became quite extensive after many schools reached out on June 15th. Following several calls and virtual meetings, Amanda ultimately chose FIU, feeling it was the perfect fit for both her soccer ambitions and academic goals. The opportunity to play FIU’s style of soccer in the vibrant city of Miami was simply one Amanda couldn’t pass up.

FIU’s soccer program is led by Head Coach Matt Dunn, whose assistant, hailing from Ontario, has fostered strong Canadian ties within the team. FIU has consistently been at the top of their conference, always competing for championships, and notably qualified for the national tournament this past season. Coach Dunn is incredibly excited about Amanda’s addition, confident she will be an excellent asset to the program.

Amanda commits alongside her twin sister, Daniella. It’s double trouble now as the twins head to Miami, ready to dominate on the field together! Amanda is also an excellent student in the classroom.

Daniella Minatel commits to Florida International University

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Daniella Minatel to NCAA Division I Florida International University (FIU).

Daniella is a highly technical midfielder with an exceptional soccer IQ and excellent vision. Currently playing with Vaughn in the OPDL, she will soon transition to Northfield Mount Hermon School and compete in the ECNL for FC Stars.

When colleges began reaching out on June 15th, Daniella’s recruitment became quite extensive. After numerous calls and Zoom meetings, Daniella ultimately chose FIU, feeling it was the ideal fit for both her athletic and academic aspirations. She is recognized as one of the best midfielders in the OPDL, covering significant ground and consistently breaking lines, qualities that attracted many college programs.

The opportunity to play FIU’s style of soccer in the vibrant city of Miami was simply too good for Daniella to pass up.

FIU, led by Head Coach Matt Dunn and his assistant (who hails from Ontario, fostering strong Canadian ties), has consistently been at the top of their conference, always competing for championships. This past season, they qualified for the national tournament.

Head Coach Dunn is incredibly excited about the addition of Daniella, confident she will be an excellent asset to the program. Daniella commits alongside her twin sister, Amanda. It’s double trouble now as the twins head to Miami, ready to dominate on the field together! Amanda is also an excellent student.

FMSpro signs Ruby Ambardar to NCAA Division I Wagner College. Ruby, a formidable full-back, is a vital addition to the Fusion squad. Her extensive experience playing in Northern Ireland has cultivated a game marked by both exceptional tactical intelligence and impressive physical strength.

This unique blend of skills allows her to read the game with precision, anticipate plays, and consistently win duels on the field. Ruby is not only excited by the prospect of competing with the iconic Manhattan skyline as her backdrop but is also deeply optimistic about Wagner’s future.

She firmly believes that with their excellent coaching staff and strong team culture, Wagner is poised to contend for, and ultimately win, the conference championship in the coming years.

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Aboubacar Sidick Cissé to the NCAA Division I University of Central Arkansas. Aboubacar is a highly athletic center-back or right-back who currently plays for CS St. Laurent in the PLSJQ.

The talented 2008 defender covers a lot of ground and instantly catches the eye of scouts with his ability to break lines and make strong tackles. Aboubacar has been garnering attention from college coaches since U14, consistently proving himself as a standout and reliable defender. On the club side, he was instrumental in helping CS St. Laurent qualify for the Canadian Nationals and played a key role in their regular season qualification run.

Beyond the field, Aboubacar also excels academically, maintaining a strong GPA.

Central Arkansas Head Coach Kyle Segebart, recently promoted after eight seasons as an assistant, was particularly impressed by Aboubacar’s athleticism. Coach Segebart believes Aboubacar will compete immediately and significantly help the Bears contend for a championship. Central Arkansas narrowly missed qualifying for the national tournament last season, losing in the finals. Hopefully, Aboubacar can help them get over the line.

Beyond her soccer talents, Lydia is also an impressive student in the classroom. While several schools showed interest, Tilton School emerged as the best fit for Lydia. Tilton is currently in the process of rebuilding its soccer program and believes Lydia’s immediate impact will be crucial to its success.

The coaching staff at Tilton is particularly excited about Lydia’s excellent vision and technique, which they anticipate will significantly bolster their midfield. Tilton competes in the highly competitive Lakes Region conference, where they face top-tier teams like Brewster, a consistent contender for the Class C championship.

FMSpro is thrilled to announce that Savannah Chenail has signed with NCAA Division I Southern Methodist University (SMU). Savannah is a highly talented player who can excel as a fullback or anywhere in the midfield.

Savannah brings an impressive resume, having developed through the CF Montreal Academy and earning a spot on the preliminary list for the national team. Most recently, she was one of the few amateurs to sign an agreement with the professional club Montreal Roses, which competes in the new NSL.

Known for her athleticism and technical skill, Savannah possesses great vision and poses a significant threat in the attacking third. She loves to push forward and create scoring opportunities in the box.

The timing of Savannah’s arrival is impeccable, as SMU’s Head Coach Nicole Nelson and First Team Assistant Miles Vaughn were in need of a wingback at the last minute. Savannah will quickly join the Mustangs for the 2025 season, aiming to help them contend for a championship.

SMU competes in the ACC, widely considered one of the top Power Four conferences in the NCAA. The university also boasts one of the best spectator attendances, consistently drawing several thousand fans to every game.

Beyond the field, Eliott is also an accomplished student.

The MacDuffie School, renowned for its academic excellence, also boasts a partnership with IFA in the MLS Next, offering Eliott the unique opportunity to compete at one of the highest levels of youth soccer while receiving a top-tier education.

Coach Dave Malloy, who leads both programs, is incredibly enthusiastic about Eliott joining. He believes Eliott’s leadership qualities and competitive spirit will allow him to make an immediate impact on the team.

Nelly is a highly technical and athletic central midfielder who currently plays for Royal Select Beauport in the PLSJQ. She possesses excellent vision and consistently delivers precise passes, creating major chances in the attacking third. Nelly also covers ground effectively and excels at finding space between the lines. She has proudly represented Team Quebec on the provincial stage.

Western Illinois’ new Head Coach Ross Henderson is very excited about Nelly’s addition, believing she can make an immediate impact as the team rebuilds.

Off the field, Nelly is also an outstanding student, maintaining a strong GPA in the classroom. With her talent, discipline, and drive, the future looks bright at Western Illinois.

Marco Marinaro to Salt Lake Community College

Marco Marinaro soccer forward signing Salt Lake Community College

FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Marco Marinaro to Salt Lake Community College.

Marco is a prolific and dynamic goalscorer who led the country in goals in 2022, helping guide his CS St-Laurent side to a Canadian Championship. Following his national success, the 2005-born forward took his talents to Europe, spending time with first-division clubs in Portugal and Gibraltar. He also had experiences in Italy and even trialed with Inter Milan.

Marco has an exceptional instinct for goal, consistently finishing chances and creating opportunities in the attacking third. In addition to his goal-scoring abilities, he’s a creative playmaker with excellent vision and loves to take on defenders one-on-one.

Salt Lake Community College is recognized as one of the top NJCAA programs in the country. Head Coach Mark Davis is excited about Marco’s arrival, stating: “We need a goalscorer and feel Marco will be able to come in and score goals immediately.”

The ceiling is incredibly high for Marco as he now enters the U.S. collegiate system.
