FMSpro is proud to announce the signing of Tyra Sterling to NCAA Division I Western Illinois. Tyra is a prolific goalscorer with impressive athleticism. Known for her lethal left foot, she has played an instrumental role for Rush. The left-footed striker/winger has garnered significant attention due to her scoring ability. After receiving numerous offers, Tyra chose Western Illinois as the best fit. The head coach at Western Illinois, Josee Primeau, is also Canadian, which made the opportunity even more appealing for Tyra and her family. Tyra will be joining Western Illinois alongside goalkeeper Mahlee Caron, who recently signed from Montreal, and Xavier Gagnon, who has seen considerable success on the men’s side. Coach Primeau needed a goalscorer and stated, “Tyra is exactly what we need in our next class for the program.”
